  • 2000

    A Vision To Predict Better Outcomes

    Launched as Mynd Analytics, a predictive analytics company aimed at improving the delivery of mental health through telemedicine and data analytics. First to offer a breakthrough scientific solution to support clinical decision making.

  • 2009

    Positive Clinical Trial Results

    Conducted a randomized clinical trial to compare a commonly used guidance tool for prescribing medication with our personalized pharmacotherapy tool, PEER. Results at 10 weeks showed that PEER guided therapies produced significantly better outcomes in terms of quality of life and depressive symptomatology scores than those following the commonly used guidance tool.

  • 2011

    Statistically Significant Improvement

    Conducted a second randomized clinical trial comparing our guided pharmacotherapy technology, PEER, against the most effective regimens reported by an NIH-sponsored study. Even with participants relatively resistant to treatment, PEER showed more statistically significant improvements than the control group across several endpoints.

  • 2013

    Virtual Mental Health Solution

    Launched a platform dedicated to providing virtual mental health sessions to improve ease and access for providers, families, and patients.

  • 2017

    PEER Clinical Study Results

    Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Hackensack Meridian Health enter into partnership agreement to conduct a clinical study evaluating the clinical and financial impact that PEER can have as a population health tool.

  • 2018

    Launch Innovative Virtual Psychiatry Program

    Embedded telepsychiatry services within the primary care environment allowing PCPs, in value based contracts with payers, to bring mental health treatment into their practices to created integrated care settings focused on delivering better outcomes.

  • 2020

    Pandemic Response

    Responded to the increased demand during the pandemic, accelerating our expansion and operation with programs that supported national and regional payers. Expanding access to mental health care to over 30 million lives.

  • 2021

    Launched MyCare Intensive Support Program

    Our MyCare Intensive Support Program is an enhanced virtual therapeutic intervention program for people who have an increased need for support due to passive suicidality. Preliminary results showed the short-term program positively impacts clients’ Beck scores at a rate of 75%.

  • 2022

    Partnered To Support Veterans

    Formed a partnership with Veterans Affairs to further expand access to mental health services throughout the military population.
